Our gym has all new life fitness equipment, including weights machines, cardio machines and a cable machine. Our free weights area is fully equipped with dumbbells, olympic bars, olympic plates, benches, a squat rack and a bench press. All you need for that great workout. We have an excellent selection of studio classes for all abilities, from the high intensity Insanity, Boxercise, and Aerobiking to the conditioning classes including Bums Legs and Tums, Body Sculpt, Kettlebells and Abs and Back. We also have the more relaxing classes for body and mind of Pilates and Yoga.
